Hi Jeff Hall, I've seen your 500+ foot softball shots--they're amazing! (The farthest I've ever hit a softball was 330-440 feet on a high fly.) Hi Jeff I really enjoyed your videos! Can you offer any hitting tips for slow pitch leagues that use a mat for a strike zone? Like cobra leagues. I used to be a great hitter when it was just the regular strike zone but now all the leagues are using a mat over home plate and I went from hitting amazing to getting out all the time Any advice would be great if you're able to

Susan Pugliano you could probably hit really hard and maybe you could back off from the plate a little bit and when your swinging make sure you don't have your bat to low
