Turning the Jeff Hardy, the eternal babyface into an anti-christ heel was one of the few good things that Hogan and Bischoff did good in TNA during their reign. I mean, Jeff never was heel; never played that role... I don't know him... I think he had the opportunity to unload a lot of things... I think he put a lot of himself into this caractere... and to him, it was more fun time because it was new and refreshing, he was out of his comfort zone... because of his name, he was kinda untouchable, he could have say whatever he wanted so he played with that... Everybody knows what happened at Victory Road 2011, Jeff slipped, he screwed up, (what a shame)... but his turn was long-awaited... it was good, but it could have been great if Jeff Hardy was turning on TNA guys/fresh faces/young guys (whatever you want to call it) like AJ Styles, Austin Aries, Samoa Joe, Frankie Kazarian, Bobby Roode, James Storm, Chris Sabin instead of Kurt Angle, Mr. Anderson and RVD!

Yeah that's the biggest failure of TNA. Relying on too many big WWE rejects past their prime. Then rely on their young talent. They should have bought back Christian. Also, Fortune should have been in a power struggle with immortal from the start not allied. I mean WTF is AJ doing behind Hardy. He's the face of TNA. It's like sting behind Hogan at his first heel promo for the NWO. Makes no sense.

When TNA was a must watch week in and week out. Dope heel promo cut from Jeff Hardy here. During this time, I watched TNA equally, if not more than, WWE. Say what you want about Eric Bischoff, he was a genius for pairing with TNA, Dixie Carter & Jeff Jarrett for this storyline...
@quentindiaz13469 жыл бұрын
As you can see, he still had several fans. After a little bit his fans started to come back, he truly was making that heel gimmick work, it was like, he was waiting for it. Anyone else think he can make the anti-Christ work again? Truly one of the underrated heels to be big.

You could see a sudden resurgence of energy in Jeff when he’d cut promos like this. His heel turn was a much a needed change in his career, and he enjoyed it just as much as we did. He wanted it to work so badly, going as far as to spit gum at people wearing his shirts or flipping off fans holding his signs or just flat out tearing them up. He was so good at being bad.

He started in WWE in 1998-2003 he got fired then joined TNA in 2004-2005 and then returned to WWE in 2006-2009 but left to recover from injuries but rejoined TNA in 2010 and has been there since.
@lynn90258 жыл бұрын
MrJeffHardy63 Wow XD I thought he got fired in 2009 or something Sad thing is my mom surprised me wrestlmania tickets and we sat in the bottom stadium but i forgot jeff and matt fought each other. I think i kept getting distracted cause some women spilled her drink where we were sitting o.o Cause either i forgot or i wasn't paying attention since i have a bad habbit of zoning out XD But only match I do remember was the last undertaker vs shawn. And we almost left early. It was either my mom or sister who wanted to leave before their match, but either my sister or mom was like "no." XD

WWE isnt even wrestling dude its pop culture, Punk proved himself in ROH but Vince Mcmahon made him a 434 day long champion. Vince made CM Punk into a future HOFer, just like he turned Cena, Orton, Triple H, Batista, Kane, Undertaker and the rest into future Hall of Famers. The only stars he didnt make were Stone Cold, The Rock, Shawn Michaels, Ric Flair, Hulk Hogan, Kevin Nash, Scott Hall, and the guys from WCW and ECW. Vince also didnt make The Attitude Era(ECW) and In Your House(WCW).

@AllHailTheRamenEmperor11 жыл бұрын
no he wont shut up. unlike jeff hardy, cm punk has proved himself to be the legit best in the world when he was heel and all hardy did was talk and fight. he never fought any big fights and come through by a pinch, punk has and he has way better mic skills than hardy so before you go comparing them remember 3 things legitimacy, mic skills, and 434
@midouban10944 жыл бұрын
Punk is overrated as hell. Jeff is better. Jeff is better in the ring though. Punk is sloppy in the ring, his kicks are hilarious to watch, unatlethic and he did his finisher lame, which he stole it from Kenta. At least Jeff has originality, cm punk isn't. Jeff is more universal draw to punk. Punk only appealed to Smarks who treat him a God because of that overrated pipebomb that damage the future of the WWE. Jeff is a better overall pro wrestler than punk. Deal with it.
