@@FreeGunzz Right there was NEVER a HUGE incident on a PPV where they had to basically cancel a match, and it NEVER got so bad that Steve Borden, one of the most professional people I can think of, even got visibly pissed off! So when Jeff made his comment about wanting to give someone the same feeling that sting gave him as a kid, he did that exact thing for me a couple years back. I got the privilege to see the hardy boys face the ascension at an indie show in Illinois. After the Hardy’s won the match they gave a heartfelt speech and walked off into the crowd where they took the time to take pictures with basically everyone asking for them despite having a meet and greet a couple hours before the show. I specifically remember sticking my hand out and touching Jeff on his shoulder and he turned around and smiled and took a picture with me like it was no issue!!! Damn, I freaking envy Jeff. The guy looks as if he lives this life with cheat codes turned on. I realize why he got so over with the fans right from the start. And it's not about Swantons, high-risk maneuvers or whatever. This is something natural, you either have it or you don't, you just can't teach it. And Jeff has it in abundance. His looks, his voice, his personality, natural charisma (and that despite the fact that he couldn't cut a decent promo even if his life was depending on it). You look at him, listen to him, and you can't help but like the guy. Dude can say the stupidest thing you ever hear in your life, and make the dumbest decisions a person can come up with, and yet somehow you always ready to give him another chance to redeem himself, you just can't stay mad at him for long.

That Ladder match against Taker… you know it’s good when the legend himself holds that match in high regard, and he had never been in one before that. That should’ve been a launching pad for Jeff, but instead his demons started taking hold and making him stray, and a year after that he wasn’t even in WWE anymore. Crazy to think how quickly life flipped on him like that. As for the music, it’s surely the most over entrance music in wrestling history, no? The only thing that gets a bigger pop is Stone Cold’s glass break. Hearing Jeff say that, man that’s rude 😂 Wrestlers live for that pop, if you know that just the opening beat of your entrance music hypes the crowd like that EVERY time, you can’t talk it down. It’s good to see and hear him seemingly in a great place in his life, and staying on top of those demons. Long may he keep winning that fight, for him and his family.
