KZbin Luver granted the show was interesting but in this day and age Bravo can’t take the chance of continuing with an abusive personality like Jeff. He has behaved this way from the beginning yet we all watched because it was a train wreck or maybe a guilty pleasure but we all should reevaluate why we supported this show in the first place. Granted he is extremely talented and I loved that despite his behavior he always care through in the end with flawless design but enough is enough.

Jenni was incredibly uncomfortable reeling off all the things she didn't do that weren't relevant to the question. Her facial expression and body language were really off you could tell she really didn't want to be there. Since the truth has all come tumbling out during this rift and her true role with Bravo and not in fact with Jeff Lewis Design as we'd all been lead to believe, has been revealed of course this was goodbye, like what choice did she have she can't rock up next season and come and pretend some more the games up! And if she'd of played things differently she'd still be on to that very comfortable little number, it might of brought her the big house and white picket fence but good luck maintaining it off all your checks from the acting world!

That is the exact sentiment I had when I saw Jenni's interview.. There was no fight left in her, not to save her tv career and certainly not to save this friendship. Jeff is still very angry meaning that a friendship is stil salvageable on his end. Jenny on the other hand made peace with it: let the cards fall where they may.

I think Jenni is ready to put a period and move on. I don't think she is mad or bitter, I just think she put up with a job until she was no longer willing to put up with it and then she left. Obviously there was a final straw and they both know what that was. She probably doesn't really need the money to survive. She has a comfortable life, she has some degree of fame and notoriety and she has a family and husband that she is happy with. She seems content with her life and does't want or need to be mistreated. I have been in that situation and I understand. I would never ever go back to work for that former boss who abused me and we will never be friends again, but if our paths crossed and I saw her in the street after all these years I would have no problem going up to her and saying hello. I don't wish her and ill will and I even have gratitude for the things I learned from her over the years. I learned a lot about business from her and I learned how to never treat my employees. In the end it made me a better person. I'm not happy I had to go through pain of the abuse but it happens for a reason and it prepared me for the challenges that were to come. If you take those lessons and apply them in the future than that bad experience still had value. It sounds like Jenni and Jeff just truly have irreconcilable differences and it's best they part ways.

From the start, she should have just pursued her acting career then if that's what was most important. Working at a job that requires you to travel, and be "on" all the time doesn't mash with wanting to go to auditions, dealing with childcare, children, and doing a full-time job in a part-time mindset. They are both better off doing what they truly feel is right for them both.

You may want to just want to be more careful who you trust. As soon as you give people leeway they take advantage of you. They should understand that business is business. He just keeps blathering on, smearing her, continuing what he started on the show. He outright verbally and emotionally abused her and almost everyone else all season, then he fired scads including Jenni because they didn't seem to enjoy his maltreatment of them. Shouldn't people report that if there are superiors who would want to know and stop it? Think he tried to use Lea Black to convince all his employees that THEY were big problems, obstacles to him and his business success because they didn't support him enough, didn't care enough, didn't cowtow enough. (He's the biggest problem but I don't think he's ever understood that, probably never will.) When they went around the room, Jenni seemed justifiably to feel under attack at such an approach and appeared to try to express that she absolutely supported Jeff and his business expressing that she'd bypassed other opportunities because Jeff, his business and being a part of it were SO important to her. Jeff didn't get that, took a completely different meaning, felt he was insulted and went nuclear. Then double. Then triple. And he is STILL going. Still justifying his own bad behavior, still insisting it's "all them and never him."

I like Jeff Lewis, I have watched and followed his career for years......but I just really totally don’t like Gage. He has like no personality and is not warm and loving as his role in their relationship and as the “mom” figure ......... he is like a robot and way too snotty. Monroe looks exactly like Jeff and is definitely his biological daughter. I am so happy they have her. Jeff you should have kept the Italian guy from Las Vegas he really respected you, and he was so happy to work for you. You should have just trained him better or changed his position.

They had a true friendship and way more intense fights than the one that ended it. She looked way off on WWHL & it's probably because she realizes she overreacted towards the comments he made on FO and she turned it in to something way more serious w/ the Bravo executives. She knows Jeff and she would not have stayed w/ him for over 15 years if she didn't have love for him and understand the way he communicates is terrible sometimes. She can be a bitch/melodramitic too, don't forget that. He has done a lot for many people (including her) and I think she got a little too wrapped up in the want 4 fame and forgot that. Stay true to yourself Jeff and if it's meant to be, you will comeback together in the end (whenever that will be). Best of luck & I hope 2 see Flipping Out again.
