Nobody is getting 5k out of a street car. I mean, top fuel motors are making a tad more but no way they could claim that for a street car.

Nathan Zarzycki top fuel makes 8000+ its possible. They can ass silly use the computer or have settings that restrict the motor for the street.

Chief claims 3000HP. I have seen the results from four pulls on the Dyno and they were 1095, 1291, 1236, and 1055. The car has probably been tuned to make more power but I doubt it makes anything over 1500

Not "hundreds" of miles...well over a thousand. On freeeways, in trafffic, in rain, without a trailer or support vehicle. A car that can do that is a street car. Period.

Maybe you're not familiar with the different laws regarding cars' customization. Just so it happens, Oklahoma is one of the most lenient states when it comes to what you can do to your car. They are street cars because they are legal to drive on the street, and those guys use them as daily drivers. As simple as that

Seb D Thanks for that Seb no i dont know the laws in Oklahoma but i do know drag racing when i go racing if its in my streetcar i drive it to the race meet, if its in my drag car i tow it there,just as these guys tow their cars everywhere they go,almost the only time they drive them is in the actual race,definatly not a daily driver,thats why they all have pickups to tow there drag cars and so they have something to drive from day to day.

not one of these cars is street legal per Oklahoma noise statutes, they aren't street cars, but they are bad ass and fun to watch "TITLE 21 CHAPTER 55 §12-402. A. Every vehicle shall be equipped, maintained, and operated so as to prevent excessive or unusual noise. Every motor vehicle shall at all times be equipped with a muffler or other effective noise-suppressing system in good working order and in constant operation, and no person shall use a muffler cut-out, bypass or similar device. No person shall modify the exhaust system of a motor vehicle in any manner which will amplify or increase the noise or sound emitted louder than that emitted by the muffler originally installed on the vehicle."

Im guessing 2100hp is on pump gas. as crazy as that is i doupt hes running meth for the dyno. at least with cameras around. i know these guys love to work together but i dont think id give away my competition numbers that easily you know.

+Patrick Pelletier He runs it on Alcohol. The car has two fuel systems one for pump gas (getting to the track during drag week) and one for alcohol (for the track once he gets to the track)
