It's the best move for Leonard because Mayweather Promotions ain't even a real company. They have to partner up with Al Haymon's PBC for everything. Only reason Tank signed with Mayweather was so he could fight on his under card. After Mayweather retired, he brought very little value to the table as PBC was doing all the heavy lifting with TV networks and negotiating. Mayweather was getting a middle man fee
