So I'm 26 years old, been cheering for Bloomquist for ever. But man, Purvis seems pretty professional. Wish I could've watched him in his hay day.

Brian Burke , I am 65 so I saw them all through the 80's & 90's, Purvis was one of the smoothest drivers I can remember seeing. Everything I saw with their team and equipment was professional. I slowed down quite a bit but managed to go to 44 dirt tracks, I took maybe a thousand photos along the way.

Brian Burke Never nervous Jeff Purvis...the best dirt late model drive of his time...I have got the privilege of seeing him race...great attitude,humble man,very professional driver...like I said he's the best I've ever seen. Like him as a driver...
