I need some serious help on getting my single stroke rolls working correctly. I'm trying to use the moeller but I find myself slipping into a double stroke roll whenever I try to execute a fast single stroke roll. Im frustrated! help please!

Depends. I like to play traditional, because it's easier to backstick. Most marching/DCI drumlines play with traditional grip.
