I have followed some KZbinrs diagnosed with incurable cancer. They had mostly followed the regular chemo/radiation/surgery route and eating a “healthy” conventional diet or the plant based diet. Although conventional cancer treatment extended their lifespan, they eventually succumbed to the disease and passed. As I followed their doomed journey, I had always wanted to suggest trying the ketogenic diet with a restricted time eating schedule, in conjunction with their medical treatment but I refrained from offering any advice since they were so desperately trusting their doctors who after all, were working at prestigious medical centres. So, one by one, more often than not, they passed after initially getting satisfactory results. I have also watching videos posted by keto doctors who recommended eliminating all grains and sugar laden foods from the diet. They also recommended fasting which makes chemo more tolerable and it starves cancer cells making them easier to k*ll. Thank you for posting your journey. I will follow you closely keeping my fingers crossed in the expectation that the keto/carnivore diet and fasting protocol will help you win this battle against cancer.

Just found your channel. Good luck brother! I've done low carb and fasting since my stage 4 diagnosis. Mine started in my colon too. Spread to liver, lymph nodes, adrenaline glands and lungs. I've done chemo, radiation and several surgeries but I believe diet is the answer. I'm still fighting and it's been 8 years since my original diagnosis. You've inspired me to do some longer fasting. Hi! Just saw your interview with Kerry. I just found his channel last week when youtube recommended after watching Dr.'s Chaffee, Berry and Baker...following you all now. This is fascinating progress that you are making, and as you said, a blessing as you change yourself. I was vegetarian for nearly 30 years and my whole body started to whack out with pages of crazy symptoms...I'm now in the process of becoming carnivore (I still need to give up my morning coffee creamer and cheese danish!) and feeling so much better. Haven't touched a vegetable in months - so weird after 30 years. I haven't had a rash or welts in months, my joints feel better, I am sleeping better and I can't think of the last time I felt dizzy or jittery. I know I would be better if I gave up the morning sugar...baby steps. Wishing you all the best in your journey. Thank you for sharing - keep the videos coming!

Jeff, thanks for the video. I look forward to the others. I was also diagnosed with stage IV metabolic PROSTATE cancer in spring 2022. My cancer is also incurable. I too had chemo, but only 5 months. After 6 months, my PSA was down to undetectable, from 70 in April22. It has stayed undetectable. I am also taking specific cancer drugs that kill my testosterone. But my meds facilitate fat generation and muscle depletion. I've gained 60 pounds and can't get it off. (Oh yeah, I also have heart disease - 2 hrt attacks - type 2 diabetes, Q fever, and all the heart and blood stuff that go with these). I have been doing weight training twice a week with PT. I started carnivore a month ago, and have been very strict meat, salt, and water. I only lost 10 pounds. So, I'm watching you to see how this WOE has helped you with healing, as I hope it helps in my healing. I'm 72 yrs old. Blessing you sir.

Jeff, thanks for sharing your journey! I’m a 22+ year Stage III (lymph involvement) colon cancer survivor. I was in my 30s. In 2016, I had an alarming colonoscopy and my GI said I should go vegan. In 2017 I did just that but my general health has suffered (B12 deficiency, protein deficiency symptoms, weight gain, etc) and in my search for answers I’ve stumbled upon keto/carnivore. We’ve been so programmed to believe that red meat/egg consumption caused my colon cancer. How did you deprogram this? I’ve recently reintroduced meat and eggs but haven’t jumped full carnivore. Being plant based has become so much a part of my identity because the first round of colon cancer in 2001, I opted out of the prescribed chemo and did juicing and a modified macrobiotic diet instead. I still juiced daily up until this week, But after the past 4 years of worsening symptoms and depression, hair falling out, muscle loss and fat gain on a carb heavy WFPB (lots of fruit and veg, not so much grains), i added sardines. That helped the depression but that’s about it. It’s just so scary jumping off the plant-based cliff as a colon cancer person and free fall into the meat/animal products only after being so programmed. 😮 Was it scary for you?

It’s a weird feeling at first for most people but you get used to it because You begin feeling so much better in 2 or 3 weeks that you just want to keep going.. just the first month take extra electrolytes and or good salt because when you get off carbohydrates your body won’t be getting as much salt because most carbohydrates have a lot of salt in them , so extra salt helps to not get keto flu.. and your bathroom poos will get like diarrhea off and on for a few weeks so watch that you don’t trust any gas because it may be diarrhea .. l started with eating beef bacon butter and eggs as my main foods and lots of water and I still drink decaffeinated coffee.. hope this helps

Try Astragalus and Flaxseed Hulls with lignans. It killed my dads tumor from the inside out. (Throat cancer, Scoma’s cell carcinoma). It had metastasized to his lungs and it also dissolved these tumors. Prayers for a speedy recovery and healing.

Jeff have a friend whose appetite has been compromised for months. No findings for months from lots of tests. Now new docs tested again sus for liver cancer. Biopsy last week. Waiting for results. Is it benign, primary or mets? She eats so little I don’t know how she can do anything. I’d love to show her this but her aversion to food is great. Man, you look pretty good and healthy :) Years i am waiting for honest guy like you who is willing to talk honestly about this topic. We have cancer in my family, the lady is willing to give a chance to keto, but many people say keto can slow it down, or even shrink tumor, but after some period of time, the cancer mutate to more agresive version that can survive in keto environment and grow. Your doctors dont agree with that statement? Their expectation is high fat carnivore just fix it because cancer need carbs?

You've had five scans with shrinkage of tumor each scan. How do you know it wasn't due to the chemo that reduced the tumors and not the diet, fasting and exercising?????
