I have Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the TOUNGE. I’ll be going thru Chemo & Radiation in about 1 month so my Neck Dissection Surgery can heal. Ur story is really helping me to understand what I’ll be going thru as well

I was just scrolling and searching for anything about throat cancer. I was sent to an ENT doctor today and tube down nose. Now I have to go take pictures of neck area. Haven't done a biopsy yet. But thanks for sharing you helped with a lot of questions that I have been thinking about. Prayers for your journey 🦋💜

Thank you ever so very much, Jeff. I am watching all your videos several times. Today was my first radiation treatment. 29 to go. It is for my tongue. I had surgery 7 weeks ago to remove the cancer. They took less than half of it and reconstructed it from tissue and tendon major vein from my arm.

I’m glad they were able to do the reconstruction for you. Hopefully you’ll have access to good speech therapist(s). They can sometimes help you with swallowing issues, too.

Jeff I was also having trouble with mask , I take the meds and use meditation guides to help

Hi Jeff hope you doing well and in good health but I had a question for you because I'm going through the same thing but with proton radiation did you have any issues with your thyroid?

They are watching my thyroid because the numbers are "not what they're supposed to be," but they're "not worried." Thanks for asking!

Jeff, also look up chrisbeatcancer aand gerson cancer therapy youtubes. along with cbd thc cancer trials. sounds like you have good doc. Hate your going through such too. power of RX.... always 20x more issues it seems. your lucky to have support of others. is hard doing it alone, i tell ya... I been dealing with thyroid, for a year. taking long time cause of other health issues. Now they catching up thinking, oh, it might be in voice box too. I wanted to take time to learn differences too first, It should have been checked first cause i kept telling them. some docs don't listened, so doing my barrun swallow test in morning. thanks for sharing so i have idea on all this.

I couldn't have surgery because the margins of my tumor were "too poorly defined." I had radiation, chemo, and immunotherapy.

The first thing to do is see your doctor. Until you have had a biopsy or PET scan, there’s really no way to know for sure that you have cancer. I know it’s easy for me to say, but try not to focus on the “what ifs.” You can drive yourself crazy doing that. And humans, for some reason, tend to go straight to the worst case scenario, passing all of the more likely scenarios along the way. See your doctor, let them evaluate your symptoms and, if called for, do a CT or PET/CT scan. They may also want to do an upper endoscopy. (That’s how my tumor was found.) Throat caner is bad and the treatment is rough. But, it’s survivable. Get checked out. I’m praying for you.
