Reminds me of when Duchene was bought out last year. Skinner signed the same contract with a contender and I can def see his numbers going up if given the right ice time

The Oilers can have a pretty good 2nd powerplay unit with this guy and Arvidsson/Henrique/fingers-crossed-a-healthy-Kane

Probably not because he won't get much powerplay time. If he gets 50 even strength points, it'll be a great deal.

@@CC-of5xl ya I think he can probably get closer to 60 points. Oilers offense so loaded, even Ekholm got 45 points last year, and Foegele got 20g. Skinner is so much more gifted offensively

I'd say so. I mean, Patrick Maroon got 30 goals playing with McDavid

It's the right move for the long-term future. Buffalo has a lot of young guys coming up who they'll have to develop and pay soon
