Hi Jeff, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I truly value feedback and take it seriously. Regarding the board, I apologize for any confusion. It is of high quality, and you have emphasised that I I haven’t adequately explained how to use it. To address this, I will create a video tomorrow to demonstrate its proper use and features and idd it the product tutorial page. Thank you very much. Joel.

Thanks for the response. I love it when creators give a darn and can handle constructive feedback. Making an extra video goes above and beyond. If you end up making it, let me know, and I'll let my subscribers know. Thanks!

@@StoneColdMagic Hi! There’s no need to thank me; I’m grateful that you gave my product your time and attention. I truly appreciate it. I’m also enjoying your channel. By the way, I love Eric Clapton’s “Unplugged” album too so i'm glad you put this track on. I have a small story about it. During the early 2000s, I was going through a tough time. My grandparents bought me “Unplugged” as a gift, but I didn’t have much time to listen to it as I was moving to a new city for a job. Just weeks later, I walked out on that job with nothing in my bank account. I was in an unfamiliar place and feeling lost. The morning after leaving the job, I packed all my belongings into a suitcase-clothes, a few magic tricks, and some personal items-and booked a bus to move to London with absolutely no plan. On the trip down, I listened to the CD for the first time. It was the perfect soundtrack for leaving one chapter behind and starting a new one.

@@JoelMagicTV - I love that story. Music is so powerful. Every time I hear a track off of that album it plunks me right back into my Navy barracks with a Quad Rod, and Color Monte, and John Bannon's Call of the Wild.

Eric Clapton Unplugged had a massive influence on my guitar playing. A formative album for me. Thanks for the review!
