Great build. Roofer here. Next roof you install put the screws on the high part of steel. The rib. That way they won't leak when the rubber get brittle years later. Love the build.

I have framed for 30 plus years and you're one hell of a framer. And now I remodel a home so I do all phases. That's one heck of a build and I've always liked a frames. I probably would have put a couple of dormers up there at least one on each side 10 ft wide or so it had square footage so quickly cuz you lose it in headroom
