Skull Rapid - Westwater Canyon - 2,070cfs - July 23, 2021

This video is of David rowing (swimming) through Skull Rapid in Westwater Canyon on July 23, 2021 with me working 2 camera's and supporting him on his 16ft raft. We had a great time and the video came out great!
Filmed on GoPro Hero 7 on a Goose neck mount, and my trusty Contour ROAM 2 camera mounted to my helmet. RIP Contour. You made great helmet cameras!

Start right if you want to go left side on this rapid. That left side lateral at the top will push right everytime. Never seen anybody swim and end up on that rock haha awesome stuff glad you were alright🤙

I swam exact same spot a couple months ago this year. Came out right onto that rock and was able to grab hold of another boat.

The blue foam is make by SeaDek. It’s so nice to walk around on and not worry about slipping!
