Lennox's uppercut is what separated him from so many other heavyweight giants. Most of them could throw 1-2s no problem but struggled to fight on the inside once their opponents got in close. What impressed me the most was how well Holyfield still boxed for an entire 12-round fight after that many years in the ring. He was over 35, yet you'd think he was still in his late 20s. He didn't just punch once and grab (the way washed-up fighters who are just in it for the money so often do), but consistently threw crisp combinations, even into the final rounds. You have to respect that.

Luis T it was bias commentary ... in reality Lewis was only ever " Hurt " by McCall with a punch he threw with his eyes shut, Lucky? i think so... and Rahman, who got lucky because Lewis didnt take him seriously and was filming " Oceans whatever " so didnt train properly... see the rematches for confirmation on these FACTS..

Lucky has nothing to do with it, if you don't prepare or allow yourself to get knocked out by somebody with his eyes closed that's on you... I've seen them, a dozen of times, you can say Lewis over trained, under trained, didn't take it serious, but he still got knocked out. Just cuz he won the rematches doesn't take away that he got knocked out... Those are FACTS...

Luis T Lewis wasn't hurt once in that fight. If you think just because he smiled it means he was hurt I don't know what to say. My point was about the biased commentary which judging by your answer you gladly sup up with a straw. I box so I don't need some aged commentator that has never thrown a punch in his life to tell me anything about the sport. If you are rocked the last thing you think of is smiling. If anything it means you landed a good shot, the smile means it wasn't good enough.

Tyson peaked in 87-90 because he was a much more busier fighter than Holyfield. So much busier at a young age that Tyson has as many KOs as Holyfield has wins. Mr. B No I’m RIGHT, Tyson had an “injury” and had to pull out of the fight they were going to have in the early 90’s, and THEN he went to prison afterwards. Holyfield had to chase him down to even get that fight set up in the first place. He had been through more quality competition than Tyson in his career (Bowe x3, Foreman, Mercer, etc) and was also 4 years older. He was definitely no longer prime Holyfield. Meanwhile Tyson was dominating everyone they put in front of him after he got out of prison and looked unstoppable.
