The person you know during addiction is not the same person during recovery. Ken has been a great example of what recovery means and has referred many suffering through addiction to receive help through his rescue centre. Judgement from the past is common but the most beautiful thing is that it doesn't define the present. Keep up Ken! On day at a time!

I would like to know which Reh he went. God has blessed us with good parents they are both alive my dad turned 80, Glory to God, my mom is 78. Family of 4 girls, one left us this year February Haruka uhoro my sister, and one brother. My late sister was everything to my family taking care of my parents, house chores and showing them love. My only brother drinks and abuse my parents, when his drunk they won't sleep he will try to attack my dad and calling him all sorts of evil names. My late sister used to stop him, now that she is gone my parents wanakipitia. My cousins laugh at him, and telling him to make sure amepata his own share ya mali.We took him to Rehab, mpaka we have given up. My brother is 52 , no wife no kids. He can drink the whole day, peeping on bed, waah name it. He doesn't work, with no manners he will ask my mom mbona chakula haina nyama? If no meat,that night my parents won't sleep. In the morning mayai iko wapi, as if wazazi wangu hutaga. Waah our children are slowly killing our parents. Nu ngai okire.
