Jeff was like, "Django smashed the ball and he always kicked his foot up. If I kick both feet up I'll break twice as hard!"

There's an element of justice here. It's not like Chang definitively won it but Deluna definitely lost it. I'm glad Chang won, it seems fitting.

all saying jeff should of went to side on diamond, with very shallow angle, when corner is wide open, you prob don't play on diamond very much. I think after certain angle it actually impossible to make in side, not like Brunswick with regular pockets. He just shouldn't of missed as it wasn't that tough of shot. He probably just didn't know exactly what he wanted to do with the 8 and wasn't feeling the shot well or something, who knows. Everyone has misses, the reality is, Chang is just a terrorizing opponent.

I think the reason he holds the bridge in his shooting hand is for better stability so he doesnt accidentally move bridge off shot or into the ball he's bridging over.

@@nidqlhackingggbestafrika2152 De Luna is a left hand shooter. That's the hand that grips the butt of the cue. In this match you see him use the bridge for one of his shots and they mention he is holding the bridge with his left hand and holding the cue with his right hand. That is called off hand shooting. They were wondering why and the reason is his left hand is dominant so it has more control and strength. That way he doesnt accidentally foul by hitting the ball he is bridging over with the bridge and keeps the bridge from falling over also

Well you really cant tell something until you are in a match. Watching is easy but playing is way to tough since a lot is going through shot after shot

Bakbakan sa Japan Yep ! And in the competition you have to make decision really fast. That is really pressing at some point. Not to mention, all the emotions you have to feel when playing. The nerve will slowly take over and that is so beautiful about this game.

Odd isn't it... I don't remember ever seeing Efren pay any attention to the rack like all the "hotshots" do... He just got up and hit 'em. And won.

Dee well Efren isn't a very good breaker though is he. It's the weakest part of his game.
@marginality270
@marginality270 5 жыл бұрын
@@mikethebeginner The break may be the weakest part of Efren's game, but it's still good. He would not've won all that he won unless it was. He's just SO MUCH BETTER at everything else. There's a LOT of people who dream of having Efren's weaknesses.

Dang. De Luna should have played the 7 in the side. I’m not making an excuse for him, but the 7 did skid. Watch close at 53:08 the camera zooms in just before the hit and you can see the 7 skid. Watch it over and over.

Match was really finished on the 7th rack, where he lose position on the 5 ball and shot a poor safety after that

The Jeff DeLuna break is good sure, but it's all just for flash. If I could pick someone to break for me it would not be this break.

@teamjpn-ph4732
@teamjpn-ph4732 5 жыл бұрын
Zhongkai He he was not careless. Position from 4 to the 5 on the 7th rack needs a little bit of a delicate touch, since he doesnt want to overdo it he tried to hold it but hold it a little way to softer than he could have gone. On the 8th rack We can see from the video that his first image on the shot is to shoot on the side.. then he opted to shoot it on the corner which is a much harder shot since the object ball is going to travel at a distance.

Bit tired of this commentator drooling over de lunas break. The guy cares more about how cool his break looks than efficiency- he almost never has shape on the 1. When’s he going to grow up... also hope the commentator will stop going on about it.
