Way back I thought it was so weird at first. But I couldn't stop listening to MH for many reasons, one was his crazy unique voice. I like it for every reason most people don't. Wavering, weird, capable of pain and eerieness, and on a dime can turn visceral. Hope he doesn't stop.

I was abused emotionally by my family for 18 years and I'm just now realizing how horrible it was living in that house. This song really resonates with me. these lyrics are deep and dark and hit close to home, I'm really diggin it. I'm not sure why but it feels like this was written a while back before Ian was part of the new band. I'm probably wrong though lol. Not a knock on Ian at all, he's a great vocalist but I feel like it was just meant to do with Waylon for some odd reason. The odd part being that anyone who knows me knows how long it took for me to accept Waylon when he first joined Jeff and themrh other guys. Again it was nothing against him at all, I was just always a fan of Popson. After my first time meeting Waylon and talking to him for a bit I realized how dumb I was for my quick rush to judgement. He seems to be a good dude and went out of his way to interact with fans long before bands started charging for the meet and greet bs. Anyway I've rambled even more than normal. Another masterpiece Jeff! Keep them coming my brother!
