I remember one at the end of the 1980s Bob Newhart show that scared the shit outta me (it was acat with a deep *meow*. Also the one at the end of night court scared me a bit too.

That was Bob Newhart himself doing the meow at the end credits of "Newhart", & Starry Night Productions and Warner Bros. Television put Harry Anderson's laugh at the end credits of "Night Court" around season 3 or 4.
