As I was watching this I was noticing how good the camera was picking everything up in your riding. It was great! Then at 2:38 it really sunk in. You can see how clear the difference in riding and how strong you pros are on bikes. The way you guys can drill turns like at 2:52 and hold on to the bikes like when Rigsby is in front of you is crazy. 6:13 forward, the intensity and strength difference is fantastic. 6:38 7:30 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻✌🏻✌🏻 your the best Jeff! I'll never forget one of my 1st informal races I entered at our local track. In the pits this blonde chick stands on her little trailer, takes off her top and puts on an MX jersey. She had a KAWASAKI and I had a HONDA. We got up to the gates and all I could think about was I wasn't going to let this chick beat me. I was focused at the start and got a good jump. 1/2 way through the race I was in 5th place. I looked to my side and saw this KAWASKI coming fast. The next lap she was right behind me, I cranked my throttle and hit the woops. The next thing I remember was this chick asking me if I was OK. I guess I went over the handle bars and knocked myself out. I had to push my bike back to my trailer in the pits. Moral of the story, some chicks are good riders and fast !

I’m debating on getting knee braces but I don’t have any prior knee injuries. Should I get a pair and why? What’s a good brand also that has good knee braces but not too expensive?
@bradgraham82722 жыл бұрын
Nope, they limit mobility and in the event of a crash they transfer all the energy to the tib/fib and femur bones in your leg. It's pretty easy to repair a knee, but a tib/fib or femur break is brutal. Go get a pair of evs tp199 pads. Best thing on the market!
@bradgraham82722 жыл бұрын
Also most doctors will tell you a brace will not prevent soft tissue damage so what's the point. You really just need impact protection.

This track is pretty much flat in every corner it takes more energy to stand then to sit if it’s not needed why do it and that applies for everything in life lmao
@JeffWalker842 жыл бұрын
all criticism is welcome! When you're tall, It's always better to sit as long as it doesn't cost you time. Standing is a tremendous waste of energy when you have to race for 35 minutes in the heat. That being said, I stand quite a lot on sand tracks where the conditions cause you to go slower when seated
@HOshots2 жыл бұрын
I was not saying he's a good rider he is I've been following Jeff for about 18months I was just saying when sitting on a rough part you don't have as much control of the bike as u would standing uo as u can see he nearly lost the it on a part of the track from the go pro angle it looked to be because he was sat down and wasn't applying enough pressure wit h the legs.
