Have you ever thought about using the color of the background to differentiate the jam sections? Like, during the last measure or so of the verse, slowly start transitioning the background from the dark blue to a bright green, so we know that we're going into the solo instead of the next verse or the chorus. And then at the end of the solo section, start transitioning back to the dark blue so we know to wrap up our phrasing and get ready for the verse.It would really be helpful for us trying to play and watch along.

Yes!! I envisioned something like that forever and couldn't figure out how to do it. But I recently got Apple Motion and now see a path their. Big learning curve so it's gonna take me a little bit. I like your idea of transitioning the colors in and out. I'll definitely give that a try.
