My experience in the Gulf was that 1) Pakistani never came above their petty issues 2) They had very rosy idea about working in the gulf 3) They were not committed to their work. In simple words they worked like Egyptians. Egyptian survive because of language. Pakistani don't have this advantage.

Nobody learns the first day, you have to slowly learn from ppl who have been doing these for decades. As another comment suggested, I believe Pakistanis expect some kind of soft corner from Arabs by virtue of believers of Islam. The Arab gulf states used to be like this in 70's and 80's, preferred Muslims over others but slowly learned that to run a company efficiently, you just hire the right person not just for your own religion or language. Look at the Europeans, they don't care who's running it as long as the company is doing well. The Arabs slowly learned this lesson and now atleast try to hire the best talent. When it comes to human resources, Indians generally tend to do well than Pakistanis due to better education system, professionalism and also better communication skills. It's not too late for Pakistan, just don't expect favors and work hard, improve yourself and be professional

While many Pakistanis believe in Muslim ummah, when it comes to reality, this is truly not the case. Arabs wouldn't prefer you for your religion. Nobody in the world would respect you if you are poor, uneducated and weak. Pakistan must improve economically, educate your population and not expect someone else to help you out. That's how you raise your status. Japanese were looked down after WW2, South Korea was dirt poor in 1960's and were disrespected in Europe. Now look at them, we can all preach moral values that we all need to be kind to each other (which is true, and I agree) but the world unfortunately only respects strength, money and influence

Being an Indian i want to make a statement and I know its debatable. I would love to hire and keep a person with good skills and tough administrator although he is from different religion or country. And this is the invisible hand which pushes Indians to strive for excellence. Think from a company point of view, a person working for decades and taking a hefty salary but not updated as per industry standards or a person although less experienced but poses good administrative skills and work skills. I live in Saudia and I can confess that 80% of small businesses are run by Indians buses are from Tata etc and other corporate employees are mostly Indians everywhere. There are 3 ways to fix Pakistan's issues, Short-term fix( that will not last for long but give us a break), long-term permanent fix (hard mode), and shorter permanent fix( easy mode). 1. Short-term fix( that will not last for long but give us a break): a. Bring back Imran Khan to cool down the civil unrest in Pakistan. b. Punish the army leaders who are corrupt, take their property, and give it to the private sector. c. Talk about the Kashmir issue with India and try to come to the conclusion that we can't fix it right now, we will talk about this issue later when both countries have stronger economies. this will help us cut military expenses and increase economic growth. d. talk with the Afghan Taliban, and tell them that the Durrand issue can't be fixed now. As a Muslim brother, it is time to grow not to waste time on fighting. start doing favors for them so they can't attack Pakistan otherwise, they lose the benefits, these benefits should be linked to Pakistan's safety. like allowing them to trade, giving them lower taxes on imports and exports, not kicking Afghan refugees in winter, helping the government to be recognized. e. increase the trade with Afghanistan, and from Afghanistan with central Asia. Pakistan needs cheaper wheat, energy( gas), and other raw materials. central Asia has all of that. we need that material to decrease the prices in Pakistan as Pakistan doesn't have any mineral, or natural resources so industrialization and the services sector is the only way out of poverty, like Bangladesh did. f. heavy investments in the industrial and service sectors. pakistan needs to build its service sectors like India did, by educating the people in textile, and English to provide customer services, and industrial to use the central Asian raw material and turn it into fine material and export it to other countries. g. change Pakistan's foreign policy and increase relationships with Russia and China, we can sell our product in Chinese markets, and export it to other countries. I know America is Pakistan's no one trade partner but the USA is far away and it is better to have strong relationships with nearby countries not far away. we can allow China to use the Gwadar port to export its stuff to the Middle East faster which will increase Pakistan's importance to China and increase Chinese investment. 2. longterm permanent fix (hard mode): a. give eastern Kashmir to India and sign a permanent peace agreement with India. this will allow us to cut our military spending by 90% because there will be no country to invade us, so we can use all the money we spend on the military to invest it back into Pakistan's economy. b. give KPK and Balochistan to Afghanistan or independence. this will boost our GDP per capita, make Afghanistan our best friend and our western flank will completely be secured. we will have 0 terrorist attacks, therefore increasing our foreign investment to an unseen level. also, it will decrease civil unrest and increase nationalism because Pakistan will have Urdu as its language, and both Punjabi and Sindhi are indic people. with our western and eastern flanks secure, 0 civil unrest, and no military spending we will be the richest country in the world in a matter of a few decades. it will take a long but it will guarantee that we will be friends with all our neighbors and will have no problems and Pakistan will have no major problems for at least a century. c. do all the options from short-term 3. shorter permanent fix( easy mode): a. give kpk, Balochistan to Afghanistan, or give them independence. lobby in Afghanistan and these areas in support of Punjab and Sindh. this will increase the love of those countries towards Sindh and Punjab to 1000000% percentage. they will never forget our love for centuries. sign deals that guarantee the prosperity of Punjab and Sindh in this deal. b. join India as a state, after getting the support of Afghanistan and Iran, we can join India and increase the influence of Muslim and democratic parties in India. with a strong Muslim Western front supporting us, we can use the cards to negotiate a greater deal with India. we can build India and be the world's first economy. c. do all options from the short-term. Note: I know it will hurt the pride of some Pakistanis but after thinking for a long time these are the best option I can think of for the next 100 years. other I see no future for Pakistan, Pakistan will be destroyed as a country within or by India and our people will suffer heavy casualties. Mark my words.

You're already a Vassal state of China. But Chinese don't have enough dollar to fund you anymore that's why you're sucking to US for last 2 years. 2) Sell weapons? I mean you are doing that to Ukraine but only US made ones..why won't a country buy weapons from China instead of Pak when you buy Chinese weapons. 3) Trade with Central Asia? Good idea this. But Pakistan has a limited buying power.. And what will you sell to them? Nothing major there. 4) Route to Russia? To where? India has Route from Iran. China is connected. Plus Russia now controls ports previously held by Ukraine. 5 and 6) Pakistan has trillion dollar economy.. Hahaha. When people say 70℅ of Pak economy is black. They mean 70℅ of 350 billion of your economy. You have a Budget of 50 billion dollars for whole year for whole country. India's defense budget is 80 billion dollars++ 7) Afghanis? With what you've done to Afghanis refugees in Pak and racisn they faced.. They'll make you pay for that for atleast one generation..I hope Indian government helps them too. 8) Put pressure on Arabs?
