There are a lot of Pakistani who live in abroad as well. This is just our Government that is elected by it self… I’m working remotely in US company there are a lot of Pakistanis working even they have hired more employees from Pakistan rather than India! IT, CASE MANAGERS, INTAKE MANAGERS, SALES, AUDITING, ACCOUNTS, DATA TEAM and so many fields they have Pakistani Employees

Correct observation. Traffic rules adherence in India is bad, but changing due to CCTV & stricter fines. However, me thinks it is a South Asian gene pool problem, the tendency to not follow rules, look out for shortcuts & jugaad, lack of tidiness (just compare streets & surrounding infra like electric poles, distribution boxes, road side curbs, all so horribly maintained as compared to those in Manila, Jakarta, Bangkok, HCM city or a KL No large Indian /Paki /BD city such as Mumbai, Karachi, Lahore, Delhi, Dhaka, Kolkata can compare favorilably against these cities of PacRim Same case with traffic congestion & rules. Drive thru any of the above cities and observe the lawlessness that the common man on the street indulges in, breaking signals, driving wrong side, sudden U-turns and always ready to bribe the authorities, using influence to wriggle out of legal quagmires. And this is irrespective of economic levels. An Indian in a BMW irva Audi will be as jugaadu as a motorcyclist in Dhaka or a rikshawala in Mumbai or a temp wala in Lahore. Forget Japan, Korea, Taiwan.. They are in a different class altogether, but even the mid-level PaCRims are way better You will find that minimal in these pingpong countries,
