Jehovah Jireh | The Names of God and What Are Their Meanings?

Jehovah Jireh is actually the name of a place.
We most commonly hear that Jehovah Jireh means "God provides". This is true, but the meaning is more nuanced. We can more roundly understand the name as "God sees to it" with the understanding that the "it" is - a promise.
In other words, God provides by keeping His promise (and promises). His promises are kept. Sounds like the kind of God we want to know, right?
Will I fear loss, or will I trust God?
This question haunts us "in that place" between the news and the knowing - between the news of an imminent threat and the knowing how things will resolve.
You know this place…
It's the place where you risk the loss of something valuable or someone dear. In this place between the news and the knowing - YOU… are not enough.
You've been there.
As we continue to explore the names of God, we dive into Genesis 22 to explore how Abraham reacted when he found himself "in that place" after God called him to sacrifice his son Isaac.
But as you will hear in this message, Abraham believed the promise God made to him in Genesis 15 in order to rely upon God's character, not circumstance, to see him through the trial he faced.

Jehovah is an English form of the name which appears in English Bibles, this is Latinised. The same is true for Jeremiah, Jesus and John. All of these are a Y in many other languages. However I am sure you recall that the true God allowed people to hear in their own language at Pentacost. So however we pronounce it should be used. John 17:25,26 shows that Jesus not only used the name but connected the use of it with the love amongst his followers.

Only the High Priest once a year in the Holy of Holies on the Day of Atonement was allowed to pronounce the Name of God. YHWH is only constantans', there are no vowels so no one knows the true pronunciation.. This was 2000 years ago, even if you knew the right way to say YHWH it no longer matters.. Acts 4:12 “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.”. Hebrews 13:8 “Jesus Christ the same yesterday, to day, and for ever.”

Yahusha came to make His Father's name known to his followers. Read John chapter 17 taking note specifically on verses 6 and 26. The name of Yahusha's Father has since been removed from scripture as has been the reading of scripture as it is written or as it should be written. Just change a part that is to be future to what is past whilst also revealing prophesy to be fulfilled gives room for transgressing truth and it has happened all the time in theology. I have came to realise the whole world really is in the power of that wicked one including and especially religion. World rulers, the authorities and spirits of the air have every structure of world construction in their power under their dominion but they will all be brought down very soon. Religion if one thinks about it is the prize. People follow and accept what they believe to be true, therefore when evil spirits are controlling what is accepted as good, true understanding can and often is lost.

@@OneThingforMen Thank you for discussing the names of our God. I remember being told to call my Elohim Yahveh-Nissi-Yireh. I assume that is probably correct with a margin for slight error in recall. It was 1966 when a messenger was chosen to speak with me by visions and instruction from our Father. I was given a commission for this day. My heart is faint and I know I shouldn't feel that way. I was told I would write to many people who would not believe me but one person would. It has been so difficult to write when there are so different beliefs and non beliefs. The reason I wasn't told who that person would be was because searching was to be for my instruction. Every ideology until now has some truth and some untruth. I stopped the video to tell you this so I don't miss any of what you say. I was told Yahveh-Yireh refers to the fact Isaac was spared because it wouldn't be Abraham's son who would be the Saviour who would bring about man's redemption. This does bring into question fear of doing what is necessary as. you rightly teach but there is another more important issue and that is the means of salvation. Yahveh-Nissi I was told refers to the battle about to take place when our Saviour will come with the Saints and His Holy Angels to battle Satan and Amalek the typified enemy of peace so that all who oppose the King and High Priest whose name is also Emmanuel meaning when translated 'With Us Is God' will be annihilated and mankind that survive Armageddon of today will inherit the earth and the tent of God will be with mankind, death will be no more, mourning outcry and pain will be no more. All these things will pass away for He is making all things new.

Even the child, the son, Isaac who was not a baby or infant wondered why his father who he knew was "one" with his mother would argue and disagree with her (as above, so below, as below, so above,correspondence) about taking him away from nurturing and the safety of home and deceptively, secretly plot to slay him as a sacrifice. Sarai (Sarah) was correct, this was NOT the MOST HIGH'S intention nor was this the MOST HIGH'S instruction. It was the Watcher angel (mentioned in the Book of ChaNoch "Enoch") that being descended down upon Mount Hermon with 199 other beings, to assail, invade and would lead astray the ashana (pure seed) creation of the MOST HIGH and call itself a God as if he was a God. It was leader over the other descended beings. The same entity/spirit/satan mindset that deceived aDa wa aMa (Adam and Eve) in the beginning and produced mixed offspring has and is deceiving the whole world as we go to and fro and knowledge is increasing but understanding is lacking. "In all thy getting, get understanding." That same satan/spirit/mindset that entices one complexion of people to believe they are superior and another complexion is inferior and another shade is also superior when All including the descended beings are all but creations of THE MOST HIGH. And then the same mixed seed declares to the world they are the Biblical lost tribe when they can only name the maternal gene and not the paternal gene because the paternal gene is of the one descended entities/beings that came down upon Mount Hermon. It is ludicrous to think the MOST HIGH would tempt HIS pure seed creation into believing HE wanted him to commit murder of his own offspring. Furthermore, the same goes for the INFINITE SPIRIT OF THE MOST HIGH, many call the Holy Spirit, would come down and impregnate a human being a created being and call him tell them call him Jesus. This is also the misunderstanding of Genders in lacking of identity in their own minds. "Think", you know as it is written, THE MOST HIGH separated aMa from aDa physically. Yet, they both as all still possess a Feminine and Masculine Principle of Polarity in Gender. We have negative and positive, emotions, thoughts. It was taught in our day that the male or masculine genger is the dominant or positive but every electrician, or one who works with energy knows you can't have power without ground or negative. So who is dominant? Is not the Ole Cliché "Behind every successful man is a woman"? That's a half-truth. He ain't complete without the ground or power, that's where physical gender switching comes in but ALL is Mental. You cannot create without both sides of the thought to interject or inject the seed or thought which creates and produces. The English language translation is a "mixture" Frankish and other Germanic languages and is designed to create false perceptions of realities dat will deceive you into bowing down to Ba'aL and deir religious rituals of sacrifice, submission and worship of false entities/gods and making contracts (joining, da doors of da church are open), mating and mixing with em. Until you "understand" the principles of creation and who the original branches are (which are three, the elder Ham/Khemet progenitor of the darker complexion branch (not the so-called Negroes of North and South America) and middle branch Shem, (copper-color, brown, honey complexion) having several derogatory titles including Black, Colored, Negro, now African American since their allotted lands of North and South America were invaded by the younger branch Japheth who for the lack of a better word allowed the 200 entities who descended upon Mount Hermon to interject (English has another word for it that starts with an "e", I find their word fulgar) seed into their daughters and corrupt or mixed their DNA. Their allotted lands were the cold regions of Eurasia Germany,Kassaria, etc. The elder two remained for the most part pure seed to this day, however, more and more of the two are mixing themselves. Until you translate the so-called "HOLY BIBLE" back into its original ancestral writings (ask those who guard them in the Vatican), you will continue on in this escapade.
