Hello, I have been watching your videos eagerly now for a few months. What I get most out of it ate your techniques. I am in Australia and I have purchased stencils from both Insame custom and Anarchy. What I am finding really hard to find is the Sisal floral mesh, It's something that is hard to find down here. I keep looking online or in hobby shops. Thanks for doing these videos. I love them.

The only varnish I found was a ready-to-use universal polyester that needs 8+ hours to dry

When I do my ice jigs for the eye I use a nail head as they are nice and round and you can get plenty of sizes , just my 2 cents. Love your videos. Here we go Steelers here we go.

If I use lacquer or acrililic paint usually used for modeling, is it good enough? Which is better of both?
@lucianocesar76113 жыл бұрын
what kind of varnish is this? on average, how long does it cure... does it take to dry... I'm from Brazil and I'm starting in the art of custom painting with artificial baits... thank you

Question for you. What is your needle/nozzle size for your Iwata Eclipse? .35 or .5? I ask that because Createx advises .5 needle/nozzle with 30 psi psi air pressure. Thanks in advance.
@Jekyll4244 жыл бұрын
I almost constantly spray with the .35 needle, and keep the nozzle on that the airbrush comes with. I reduce on occasion, but mostly found that with pressure adjustment, it isn't necessary

@@Jekyll424 Again, Thank you very much! Your videos are absolutely amazing! In addition to showing us painting techniques, there are small nuggets that you've stated in your videos that didn't make sense at first. But after learning more, I understand what you were talking about. I'm going to do more research by going to Bassworld and looking at lures there. Thanks again for your videos. Now, I'm just practicing by painting on both thick heavy pressed paper and spoons (100 in all).

Where do you find the best Helping Hands? I've bought 3 sets so far, and I'm wondering if there's a "better brand" or not.

Scroll down and find the link in this description. They are well weighted and sturdy

What pressure were you shooting at? It sounded fairly strong. I am thinking at least 40-45 lbs. Whenever I try to use any paints right out of the bottle, they end up clogging my airbrush. I always thin mine and strain them every time in an effort to avoid this problem, which is a pain. I wish I could trust using them from the bottle. I have a Badger Patriot 105, a Badger Sotar 2020 and a Iwata Neo Siphon Feed. The Patriot is my go-to, but I use the Iwata quite a bit too. Nice work, as usual!

what i do is when my KBS git low i put about 1 to 2 inches of marbles in the bottom. that will bring the level up and you can push the lure down and coat it all, if that make sence?
@Jekyll4244 жыл бұрын
It makes sense but if it's that low it's time for more KBS

Once again love your style 😎I’ve been getting a bunch of requests for crank bait Christmas ornaments. Have you gone this route before?
@Jekyll4244 жыл бұрын
Yes. It's cool when I have the time. Even have a video somewhere here from last year on Christmas ideas.
@fishingwithhoffman73653 жыл бұрын
People talk about painting and touching the lures. And KBS dipping them and temp control. Well She touches her lures after she paints them or in the middle of it. And has a garage door open. So i wouldn't think touching the lure bare handed would hurt at all. And temperature control means nothing when she has the garage door open. No way can the temps stay the same all the time in that room shes Painting in! Just Saying!
