Is your base coat just a white?,or a form of primer?

@@Jekyll424 I found a bonding primer by Rust-Oleum that dries fast. It's a spray can. Going to try with my paints and my epoxy finish. To be sure they all clash and don't bubble or ruin the project. Thanks for the help
