Flaw: What about irregular trapazoids?

The trapezoid being used in the video is an irregular trapezoid, as opposed to a regular trapezoid, or isosceles trapezoid. The non-parallel sides are not the same length. That’s why the base pieces on the triangles are m and n, different values. The formula for the area of a trapezoid is ubiquitous and it doesn’t matter what type of trapezoid it is, as long as it’s a trapezoid. I hope that helps.
