Bunny I pray that you see this and please read it to Jelly. I wanted you guys to know I decided to get off opiates after 20 years of pills to dope to subs to fetty and now I beat that. I did 5 combat deployments with the 75th Ranger Regiment and in 08-09 2011, 2013, 2016 every deployment jelly was playing in my humvee, or in my headphones. Anyway, his music saved my life from dope and suicide from true PTSD then I see you and you inspire me to get off the Xanax. I’m tapering but I’m off the Xanax and on a much lower dose of kpins. I was on 8mg of Xanax a day (prescribed) now 3mg of kpins. You did that for me…. And now I’m back to getting in shape I’m 6”3 280 but when I started I was 346 so I’m down 60+ pounds in 4 months and my goal is my army weight of 220. Anyway thank you guys, fuck the haters, keep pushing, much love from WV

Bunnie. I just had to share the best gift I have ever gotten in my 56 years on Earth.... My beautiful daughter gave me Jellys Beautiful Broken album with his signature inside.... I saw him in 2022 in Savannah he opened for Brantley Gilbert....Now he has amazing artists opening for him. His song "She" was me 15 years ago.... Not no more!!!! This is absolutely awesome!!👏🏽 Keep it up! You got this! I started being seen as ‘fat’ around the age of 13 (thanks a lot, puberty🙄). I stayed heavy until I hit my peak weight of 375lbs; at the age of 36, in 2016. One evening, my oldest daughter bawled her eyes out telling me she was terrified that she would lose me at a young age. It truly broke me, when I responded by saying that she might as well accept that I WOULD die young.💔🤦🏽‍♀️ Just 2 days later, I was introduced to keto. I call it “divine intervention”; but something inside of me just decided to jump head first into changing my way of eating. I struggled with binge eating for as long as I can remember. Somehow, that also changed along the way.🤷🏽‍♀️ In 10 months time, I went from 375 down to 250. ALL by changing my diet, getting out of a bad relationship & moving to a 3rd floor apartment with no elevator.😅 It’s been 8 years since I stopped following a keto diet, and initially I did gain back roughly 30lbs. It just so happened that my gallbladder had gone bad and needed removed. Once that was done, my weight began to drop again. I’m now seeing the scale say 225-230 pounds. I’m still curvy, but SO MUCH HEALTHIER! I reversed type 2 diabetes, as well as high bp, cholesterol & triglycerides! I’ve stopped taking at least 10 pills per day. I never had to take insulin shots, but was taking Byetta shots. I don’t need that anymore. I take 1 low dose pill of Amaryl daily and that’s it (as for diabetes/insulin resistance). The only regrets I have about it all, is that I didn’t do it sooner & that I didn’t exercise while losing the weight. It’s left me with lots of excess, loose skin and my strength is not where I’d like it to be. These are things I can work on & even if I didn’t gain any muscle or have skin removed, I’m just so happy that my health has vastly improved. If my lazy butt can do this, I have faith that you can too.✌🏽🫶🏽

30 years ago, I dropped 100 pounds following a strict food plan. I had never been smaller, it was the behavior if the males around me that changed. I could not say hi without it being misunderstood, and I had talked with the same guys for several years. I put the weight back on due to fear, and have never been able to drop it again. I am trying to learn to cook and eat more of a healthy style. Sugar is my downfall. Every day is a good day to try. I am glad that you are investing in your self. I won't compliment weight as it is your health that is important. You are such an inspiration to many to just get out and move. Bunnie, your openness is so refreshing to hear. I really appreciate it.

Hey ya'll! Got such a similar situation. Was 300+ , had gastric bypass and lost down to 135lbs as a woman. I'm a lead vocalist and couldn't get help emotionally from anyone. That was December 31, 1996. Since several things have happened physically mostly 4 foot surgeries, reconstructive knee surgery, had to have my teeth removed (which caused me to regain because of the diet changed..can't eat with my teeth in) hate my life now and can't get help. "I'm not ok but it's all gonna be alright " has helped me get through this. Sorry about the long comment but couldn't find an email for you guys. Jelly Roll explained how I feel about my cell phone. When i tell people they look at me like I am insane. I will not be controlled by my cell phone. I have threatened my husband that I was going to throw my phone against the wall....he doesnt want me to so I haven't. I lay low on social media while most people communicate through Fakebook so i never know what is going on and I like it that way. I dont have time for surface level relationships. I am all about living in the moment and emjoying whatever I am doing. I am 55 yrs old. It has tsken me this long to figure this out. 😂 So glad I found this podcast. I enjoy real people, people with love in their hearts for people and that truly help people. Thank you for all you do. 🙏

I had a gastric sleeve done in Tijuana Mexico when I was 15, I lost 120 pounds and 11 years later I have kept 100 of it off, but my food addiction has continued to be a struggle my entire life. Bro is a true soldier! I just had a root canal last year & had a tooth pulled a month ago & I couldn't do anything the first week & ended up with a dry socket. It was awful. And I had a gall bladder attack in 2020 & ended up having it removed so I know that is terrible pain.

I had weight loss surgery, lost over 200lbs, but once I saw weight gain I folded and I have been struggling so hard to get back on the wagon. I have gained a lot of the weight back over the last year. The idea of the Jelly Roll challenge has relit the spark in my heart to get going again. I'm tired of being a shell of who I was when I first lost the weight. I was active now I don't even want to go to the grocery or after school programs with the kids I don't want to be judged for me weight.

Raw onions and grilled will help with pain and inflammation I haven't took a pain pill in 5 yrs and it keeps you regular I also use flaxseed it's changed my life hope it helps you as it has myself.
