"Jellybean Aardvark" starring Penn & Teller and The Smothers Brothers

From "Penn & Teller's Sin City Spectacular," on F/X from 1998 to 1999. One of TV's last true Variety Shows. This number starred The Smothers Brothers. It was set up as if it were a number that had originally appeared on "The Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour" on CBS. This seminal variety show was ahead of its time, and was actually pulled off the air at the height of its popularity due to its criticisms of the Vietnam War, religion, and politicians.
