You are the best at this! I almost never comment but i just wanted you to know that I've been watching for years and you easily have the best voice and asmr skill, in my opinion! Keep up the great work ❤

Something interesting is that, while the sensory nerves send the information to your brain THAT the blanket is soft and fuzzy, the actual feeling of softness and fuzziness exists nowhere in the brain. It seems to be non physical, leading some to believe that there is both a physical and non physical aspect to our existence.

Same with wetness, or so I've heard. Our body can sense the temperature change and some aspect of the liquid moving but we can't actually feel wetness. That's why when you step out of the shower and you forget to thoroughly dry yourself, you may later find a random patch of water droplets on your shoulder or something completely by accident because once the temperature of the water droplets equalizes with your skin, they effectively disappear from your awareness until you move them.

On a Similar Note, I find it fascinating that not only can We feel the Tactile Sensations with Our Fingers and whatnot, but if you hold a Pencil in your Hand and drag it around on a Textured Surface, with your Eyes closed (and even wearing Earmuffs to completely block out the Sound), you can still accurately interpret the Consistency of the Surface Material. Like, if you do that with a Rock, you are still able to tell that your Pencil is touching a Rock, simply by the Grooves, the Solidity, and the Resistance, via Secondhand Perception. And yes, there is more to Meatspace Reality than just the Physical Aspect to this Realm of Shared Existence in which We currently coexist. There are a Plethora of Parallel Pocket Realms that can be accessed by your Mind, like Dreamspace, the Realm of Conceptual Abstraction, and The Memepool (aka The Collective Consciousness), that One can tap into, as well as a Number of Others.
