i am 14 and a freshman in highschool. i started watching these videos when i was 12 ish and felt so inspired to try painting. the way you make these tutorials is so simple and it makes any stress go away. you are the reason i started painting and it is my favorite thing in the whole world now. i want to become an art teacher for highschool students helping kids who also are wanting to pursue an art career or just really love it. thank you😊. im painting this for my sisters 21st birthday

Yesterday I brought in art supplies for my team at work. I played this video, and all four of us followed along with you for our team-builder exercise. Our twist was that each time you used the hair dryer, we rotated around one canvas to the left. The four of us now each have a painting that all four of us worked on. We have them in our offices.

We just had a girls weekend and the weather was not the best today so we grabbed some canvases from the store and set up in the living room and watched the video and painted along. I didn't think that this painting looked like the original . One example of this is that the mushroom portion of this jelly was longer while the original was wider. I have learned that this happens sometimes as we can't always control what life our paint might take. I genuinely appreciate the time Sherpa puts into all of her tutorials I've seen thus far! My teen daughter and I signed up for a free online class. As we sat there for 10 minutes waiting for the zoom class to start, I wondered if they weren’t going to have it at all. I didn’t want to disappoint my daughter, as we had all the supplies ready to go and just sitting there waiting. I looked up “Painting Class” on KZbin. As she scrolled she found this one and loved it! Thanks for the beautiful lesson! I'm 70 riddled with terrible arthritis & just trying is very difficult! Tried yesterday but gave up! Today I feel better & I completed the task! Mine is a little different than yours but I think both are beautiful! I wish there was a way to share a picture. Back in the day I was an accomplished artist , mostly doing oil portraits . After 2 strokes I'm pleased with my progress! Thanks again!

As a mixed media painter who uses water color, I personally run out of white too because it's cool to use black watercolor paper. After that I go over it it with a white paint pen to make some things more. defined. It is very transparent so it's good to use to make things look like they're glowing.

I just recieved your Bright goldilocks silver brush size 10. I bought it to paint your eiffel tower red dress Audrey painting! I'm making sure I have every tool and color before I attempt to paint it. However I'm painting it on a 4' canvas! Wish me luck!! LoL I've only been painting since the week after Christmas and I've already sold 1 for $80 and have had requests from 6 people for the same painting so I guess I'm pretty good! LoL I've had 3 friends tell me I wish I could pull a talent out of my hat and I said you never know til you try! I didn't know and I tried! I use to decorate cakes and I did pretty well at that so I was already a little artsy. So I'm loving painting so much that I'm staying up literally all night painting and I loooove YOU!!! I just followed Angela at your suggestion so thank you for your videos I've learned so much and I'd love to send you the video of my version of your painting when I'm done. I'll be painting it next this weekend when all materials come in. So if you would like to see what you've taught me let me know how I can send it to you. Thanks again, YOU ARE THE BOMB!!!!! You can use something like a gel or heay gel, or impasto. But I would recommend getting some regular acrylic paints as well. 🤍
