The point of Dr. BeBe is the repetition actually and I’m not surprised that it shows up in the production of the song as well. They’re going insane, repeating the same actions over and over again expecting a different result. Throughout the music video you see metronomes and they’re a tool that keeps a steady beat to help keep musicians on rhythm but they can also be used for hypnosis. Pentagon keeps repeating “love, fall, hurt, and crazy” like a mantra as if they’re being hypnotized to re-experience, the aftermath of “love”, the “fall” and the “hurt”, and that’s what’s driving them crazy, expecting a different outcome every time. It could also be a representation of a toxic relationship, begging “Dr. BeBe” to save them from their own hallucinations but eventually giving into their own insanity as the metronomes still tick. Anyway thank you for reacting to this song this is one of my favorites from Pentagon.

Thanks for reacting to Pentagon! Dr. Bebe is one of the few dark concepts that they have done and is A BOP! I would say Pentagon is known to do more fun and upbeat songs tho. You should check out: Naughty boy Shine Humph! And the song they dropped a week ago called Do or Not!
