Why would song writing be cheating? Why would the reporter even ask that? The sound of a movie is a huge influence on the way it feels. He should know better than to insert his personal opinions and then make the whole headline about it...

@@boppob1343 I agree. Most interviews with Taika Waititi is so awkward because they didn't know how to have fun with him and only stuck to serious questions and end up getting joke answers. In this one they managed to get Taika/Jemaine answer to the serious questions, and the interviewer had the restraint to stop whenever one of them starts to tell a story. I suppose they wanted to keep it interesting by poking at Jemaine about Bret's award but it was sweet that he properly recognised Bret's achievement.
