Hi Jen! Thank you for this great video! I love watching you prepare your recipes. I discovered a tip when I bake cup cakes or muffins. I lightly spray the inside of the cupcake liners with either cooking spray or Pam spray with four. It actually really helps to release the cakes from the liners really easily without them sticking. It can be a little messy, so I would spray the liners in the muffin tin over the sink, or You can spray the liners individually if you want❤

Hi Jen, great video. I always enjoy seeing what you do. Yes, I have two favorite burners, the back two burners. My stove/oven is 18 years old and on it’s death bed. So at one point it will have to be replace. I really like that Ninja Air Fryer. I really don’t need another gadget, but I bought a Oster countertop French door oven from the Q 2/ years ago. It does 11 different things and I love it, but I don’t do anything in it that will splatter grease. as the stainless steel interior is very hard to clean if you get grease on it. So I use things like small things so I don’t have to turn on my big stove. I hope that you and your family are doing well. I hope Kristen decides to do a channel. She would be great!❤️

I make the pumpkin muffins just like this, but, to make them less dense I add 2 eggs only. Lots fluffier and tasty. I use spice cake mix and squirt cooking spray into the paper liner. No oil in mix means they can stick to the paper liner. Turns out so good! Just my tip. TFS

So funny that ypu talked about smoked mozzarella. It is called "scamorza" and it is absolutely delicious. I just bought some. BtW i finished going through your essenrial pantry cookbook and i found a lot of recipes that i am going to cook for my family. I am surprised at how many recipes i wanted to try - in other cookbooks i only find a couple of recipes appealing but in yours i found a lot! The spring rolls reminded me that I have Asian marinade in a jar and some leftover chicken and I just got a package of the Hero Tortillas. They are low carb tortilla and I used one yesterday for a breakfast burrito. I am going to make a burrito with the leftover chicken, some radishes, cucumber and the dressing and make lunch. Thanks for the inspiration. Loved that bento box with the plastic silverware in the cover. So cute.

Your pup trying to "help" is so sweet and would make me want to get on the floor for cuddle time. My pup waits for me to leave the kitchen for food to cool and then sneaks in to see what he can steal! I am definitely a front left burner person, I thought I was the only one who thought random things like that lol. I am going to have to go check that air fryer out. I almost always cut the chicken breast in half horizontal and cook it in the air fryer.

You’re great! I also call it the LID 🤣😂🤣 and agree with toasting the English Muffins first…otherwise you’re eating them raw in my mind. Love Milo…just want to smoosh his cute face! 🐶❤ It would be awesome if you did a doggie ‘meal plan’, like biscuits and treats for our furry friends. I love baking ‘cookies’ with my grandsons for our dogs…they love it because they’re also Kid Friendly, so they can share with them!

Hi! Great video. Have you tried cooking shrimp in the oven? Cooks evenly, so moist and the flavor is not diluted. I put 13/15 size shrimp on a parchment lined sheet pan, a spritz of oil and some seasoning. Cook at 400 for 8 min for that size shrimp. So great, from our friend Ina.

I’ve been a Thrive Market member for two years now and still have not bought any frozen foods or wine yet. I love them for their prices on hard-to-find items (I also live in the middle of nowhere). I work for a major supermarket chain and we do sell some of the brands and items but their prices aren’t as good, most of the time. I love getting the items for way cheaper. I also love being able to see the ingredients before I purchase or the seeing the sugar content.
