Based on her behavior in court I believe the insubordination! She turned on tears during the hearing like a faucet. Her actions and demeanor remind me of my severely bipolar old roommate. She is disorganized mentally and in her preparation, playing the victim, giggling then crying and then yelling at the judge, whining ugh I can’t stand the voice. PHEW! She is so lucky she got a male judge. Lying about experts. A lady judge would have been done done done. She is up there with Daryl Brooks the sovereign citizen.

@@michealcobia7869 It's a slippery slope to fail to take claims of abuse seriously simply because they are made by someone who is unreliable. I can understand the compulsion, but this is one way that abusers actually are able to keep abusing...they seek out low hanging fruit and then make the case that the person accusing them is the problem. That does not mean I believe Jenn Kamp about John Dehlin. The evidence simply doesn't support it (and at this point, there is a lot of visible evidence). But that does not mean all of her other claims are equally specious.

Obviously anyone who doesn't give Jenn whatever she wants -- when she wants it -- is in the wrong. Why do so many people have such a hard time understanding that foundational legal principle? (In the hours, minutes and seconds preceding the receipt of the court order denying the motion, I can picture attorney Barnes fidgeting nervously, with his finger poised to press a button labeled "EJECT!" There was probably a gap of about 7 nanoseconds between the receipt of the court order and the ejection. As the ejection seat, with Barnes aboard, rocketed off across the sky, the fading voice of Barnes could be heard shouting: "I did my best Jenn.... I'll probably be hard to contact for the next 6 months or so....I'll be in Antarctica...penguins...nooooo...signaaaaal....")
