I am so thankful that I can come back to this video when I am thinking about preparing for the Holiday Season. I am dairy and gluten free and stressed a lot in previous years. I would pack a pathetic sack lunch and act like I was ok. Everyone saying how sorry they were for me was tiring and pointed out the fact that I have to eat differently. It’s not easy, growing up one of my favorite things to do was to go to my grandmother’s house and help her prepare the various foods and then spend the night with her. It’s not the same now. I hope Jenna has been able to see some of these comments. I truly enjoy revisiting this video and many other J & J cooking videos because I feel like I’m not alone in my diet and also feel like I’m hanging out with friends. Chilling in the kitchen. Okay! I have a recipe. Kind of. I’ve made it a bunch of times loosely based on the foodfaithfitness gluten free stuffing recipe (it won’t let me add a link). I use less chicken broth, add polish sausage, and finish it under the broiler until it’s all crispy and delicious. I also add some everything bagel seasoning.
