So can u eliminate the "step" or just put it at the end? (Funny, i just watched your time step video!)

You absolutely can start with the spank and step at the end. :)

Thank you for doing these tutorial videos! I like learning the names of the steps. :) I also dig the pokemon comparison of the steps. lol Is there a Charizard evolution?

I'm glad you lie my Pokemon Analogy! lol I use it in class for so many steps haha. I try to use Pokemon people will understand, cause I said "Now this is the Treeko version" and my students were like O.o For the Cincinnati, the Charizard version would use toes instead of heels as you move backward, but I'll definitely get to that in a Technique Exercise soon ;)

Jenne Vermes Lol I bet they were! That makes sense! Just to make sure I’m following you, the draw back would still be a standard drawback, but the shuffle would be followed by a toe drop instead of a heel drop? What would you call it if the drawback were reversed to go forward? (I always called them drawfronts, but maybe there’s an official name?) Thank you, again, for these tutorials!

Could you do a tutorial of how to do pull backs from the balls of your feet please??
@JenneVermes4 жыл бұрын
Yes I will definitely add that to my list. That is a hard thing to teach when not in person with the student, but I will do my best! That skill is built so differently on each individual person.

@@JenneVermes I love all your videos. By any chance can you do a video on wings too. As I try so hard to do them but I can't do them yet. And can you do more advanced beginner videos as I really enjoy them.
