One question though, Alex was upset that she didn’t say anything at the time that it was happening. But you know what I think? I t think that if she did, she would probably be shut down by the victim. What could she do? Take Hanna by the hand and go to HR, But I don’t that Hanna would speak. Another thing, Hanna ended up in Mitch hotel room, and she seduces people into giving all these interviews for the network, I am sure a lot of lives have been wrecked too after saying something inappropriate. All I am saying is - it is not all black and white, and the worst part man don’t want to be around women in the workplace - they are afraid to get fired or sued for saying something and doing something that could be taken the wrong way. Men don’t want to hire women - especially pretty women.

For me The Morning Show is one of the best shows I have ever seen. It's also because you know it's exactly what happened to Matt Lauer. The drama is so good. Jenn definitely deserved to win the award for best actress. I don't think of Friends when I see this show. She plays her part really well. Reese, of course, does too. All of them actually are top actors.

Maurizio Lavalle As someone who interned at GMA it’s exactly as Robin mentioned it is a controlled chaos but as a production. When it comes to personalities Robin is the best. She in person is a such a real person, sweet kind and generous. I have not met in person George but have heard great things about Him as a person being a bit reserved but very personable. I was there when Diane Sawyer and Charlie Gibson used to be anchors before they retired. The do read the teleprompter every now and then in the first hour. However in the second hour when it’s a lighter fare w/guests if it’s a musician there is a lot of set up involved and people have a general script but they do banter and do off the cuff stuff. When Diane Sawyer was there she was also reserved but the lead anchors have to be mentally prepared with the RD (broadcast terminology: rundown) of the show and have a lot of memorizing and retaining facts but also have to be ready if any new info has come to light so they have to be very focused. The other Talent also has focuses as well but not as intense. The only fairly easy position on a morning show is the GR (green room) coordinator. They help get relax & ready guests/ interviewees and make sure they’re happy, hydrated, and ready to get on camera & perform. At GMA there is no war of egos. It’s very much a family setting and everyone is very collaborative you have to have the personality. There’s no time to get into anything b/c from 10:30- 12:30 you’re importing massive amounts of news from all the international wires and national wire news from AP & Reuter’s. Then the you compile the news segments and what will be the RD. By the time all the video clips have been transferred and packaged on what the news of the day will be then the script gets written. Promos are done. News stories are submitted. It’s printed out, production gets in and sets up @ 4:30, Talent goes over the script @5:15- 6:00 and any last minute news updates are added in. Talent grabs quick breakfast/coffee if they want 6- 6:20 mins back for hair & makeup. Guests arrive at 6am and get camera ready if it’s a musician that set up needs to get done by 6:45. By 6:45 everything is done, sound check and all. 6- 8 minute breather 6:55 the whole set goes quiet. In the control room every technician, producer, PA take a breath & stretch like actors and performers do before the curtain goes up. It’s like mission control: Anchors and talent under the lights at the table are ready. Quick jokes. 6:58 Commercial break is over 6:58.5- 6:59 5...4...3...2...1 and We’re LIVE 7:00 Good Morning America... (While we’ve been up since 3:30 AM.)

I'm a woman and I've always admired her physique. She looks toned and has a great way of carrying herself, good posture etc and always looks stylishly dressed. I suspect those things aren't an accident. Some would be genes, but there would also, I suspect, be a lot of discipline to her actions and I respect that. I think it shows she cares about herself. I just watched the latest episode released today...I seriously do not remember a show ever being so friggin’ mind blowingly tense, suspenseful, soul-draining, and so, so, so good. I would probably pay $100 right now to have the next episode....and I have to wait a WHOLE WEEK??? One of the biggest things that keeps popping into my head as I watch this is...if this is really what it’s like to work in corporate television, I would never, EVER want to be a part of it, no matter how big the money is. What is interesting about this segment is that we watch them talk, but we really do not know what might be going on behind the scenes between...everybody we are looking at. We take things sometimes at face value, not realizing that often the biggest thing in the room is what isn’t being said, what we can’t see...what we don’t know. Jennifer and Reese might’ve had a falling out 30 minutes before this segment over some decision one of them made for the show...and they’d obviously play right through that...one of the real anchors might be in the middle of an investigation over...anything, and they have to put on a smiling face for the cameras...we just don’t know what could be happening, and the actual show they’re talking about, The Morning Show, is teaching us about that secret world that we never see. Then again, probably every show has this underlying river that we never see. It makes being a human being seem so complicated.
