Everything she said is absolutely true. People have no idea how difficult it is to live with Multiple Sclerosis. And yes, they absolutely tried to erase her legacy when the Dreamgirls movie came out. It had nothing to do with Jennifer Hudson, it was all in the production and promotion. They asked Loretta Divine (original Lorrell) to make an appearance. They kept Sheryl Lee Ralph from interacting with Beyonce, and Jennifer Holliday-- the only one to win a Tony, Drama Desk, and Grammy Award for her role-- was totally ignored. This woman's whole career was built around "And I Am Telling You" and they literally tried erase that from everyone's memory. I'm glad Steve called them out.
