Apparently it's very common for knees to go out of joint for females.. mine have been doing it since I was in elementary I am now 31 and I think I need a knee replacement it sucks rocks
@kelliodwyer79886 жыл бұрын
It is common with women. It's not a disease. It's symptomatic of having weak surrounding muscles, aka quads, of the patella (kneecap) that allow it to get off its tract. I had this issue when I was 13 really bad, strengthened the muscles around it and now only get twinges maybe three times since and they're MUCH less severe.

Kelli O'Dwyer wow, thank you for the explanation. I twisted my leg in pe as a kid once and now if I move the wrong way my knee with randomly shoot with pain.
@09makena6 жыл бұрын
I didn't get it until I was an adult. For me, it is related to me getting unexplained weak ligaments. Throughout my body my ligaments are just weaker after having my last kid. No idea why. If I sleep on my back my leg tends to slightly hang over the bed, then the knee slips. So horrible. Or moving my leg the wrong way also causes it. ugh

Its xhosa,ndebele and zulu. Similar bantu languages. But the name isn't Amandla. Its usually Mandla. Her name translates to The power/the strength as opposed to the just strength without the 'the'. Amandla is also the motto of the Anc l think.
@csbukwane65206 жыл бұрын
Actually Amandla means power particularly, the power or the strength ! However Mandla also means power it depends on the context in which its used. For instance Mandla is usually given as a name to someone which is really short for Amandla . Amandla on the other hand is usually used in a sentence, to make a statement or as a reference to someone or somethings power. For example unamadla - he/she has power or is powerful.
