Ben clearly did what he knows best, not dealing with conflict and simply abandons ship, runs away and finally just ignores his exes like they never existed. He said it himself, he won't say anything if something bothers him and just gets angry but keep it all inside, than leaves without giving any explanation and finally ghosts people. He's mentally & emotionally unstable and never deals with conflicts, instead he runs away, hide and ignores anything or anyone who he doesn't cares about anymore. I'm not diagnosing anything, just saying he shows bipolar & antisocial personality behavior. If that is the case, he should be on therapy and be treated, have always a good therapist to learn how to deal with conflict in a healthy manner, express himself when something bothers him instead of keeping it inside to later get angry internally and be passive agresive and then just run away and ghost his current relationship to force them to break up with him. I sincerally hope he gets better and keep up his recovery to alcohol addiction.

If he’s moody well she knew that before by now you should know how to manage that and what makes him moody.
