She looks PHENOMENAL!AMAZING- but she really works for that.She has great genes to start with.She works out HARD for a couple of hours every day with her trainer (plus rigorous dancing in rehearsals if she is training for a performance/event/tour) does not drink alcohol,does not consume caffeine,stays away from sugar, drinks tons of water, steers clear of processed foods, has always taken super good care of her skin.She has lemon water and a smoothie in the am, a kale/leafy green salad for lunch and low carb steamed/grilled fish,chicken,tons of veggies for dinner.She does not eat a lot of meat. She eats dinner early and gets plenty of sleep.She has an assistant, personal trainer and personal chef who travel with her as well as a hairdresser and has an RV just for all her wigs, hair extensions,etc.She has a private jet too,which is actually practical for her lifestyle.Yes, I am sure she has her food indulgences now and then but is highly disciplined about her food choices and exercise routine.I admire her and am in awe of all she does in business and her talent as a dancer,actor,and producer plus being a hands on mom to her twins and her romantic relationships! Time management goals but she does have a team helping her. Even if the average woman had the resources for trainers,chefs, jets,etc,the likelihood of EVER looking like her is pretty much impossible.Hats off to you JLo.You work hard for ur success!

i love jen, i really do, but she is very filled and botoxed. trust me, i used to work in a dermatology office. her face isn't moving. so while she does care for herself well, she has been filled quite a bit.

She has had to have had done some work to her face, over the years, because her facial look and image , is so important, especially, over there in Hollywood, is so crucial to keeping women vital and relevant in the entertainment industry. And especially as they start to get older in life, like she is doing right now. That's why she looks like she is never aging at all.
