Jennifer is beautiful but thank god for good lighting. If you see the stars outside in the sun light without all the make up, hair extenctions, Hollywood lights and camera filters on them you would hardly recognize them.

longevity studies show that cardio made people between 20 to 40 year younger. the real longevity studies that followed people for 40 years. the 90 year olds had the bodies of 40 year olds.. there are some parameters to measure that.but most people dont exercise even though its the proven way for longevity. the only way to exercise is to have a routine and unfortunately these days we are told to change it all the time..

The lady seated has an amazing lovely curvy figure. The lady was already wearing make up and false eye lashes so was difficult to see the so called secrets. Puerto rico is a diverse place... the ACTUAL reason that jlo looks the way she does is due to her RACE. She is a mix of white, and native American... maybe she has some African in her. This mix of very common in some parts of latin America due to the colonization of latin America... Jlo is mestizo and her strong features are thanks for the native indigenous part

Jennifer is ancestry is from Puerto Rico, born with very dark hair, dark completion, brown eyes, etc, you know how she really looks as you have seen her in the video with Janet Jackson. Very different as she is been trying to look like a different woman, with long blonde hair, lighter skin color, etc etc I will be here all day if I have to describe all the changes. Scott is the only thing that makes JLo iconic, other than her curves. He pretty much made her the legend she is, not her talent....which she doesn't possess. at all. he's distracted from the fact that she can't sing for shit. she's legitimately one of the top 10 (honestly, even makes top 5) worst famous singers in the industry, of all time, and almost nobody talks about the fact that she can't sing to save her life. Why? Because Scott makes her look like the icon that she is not. sad that he claims to have created the monstrosity that is the mink lash "industry" (more like, very thinkly veiled torture, disguised as a 'necessary evil' beauty practice), though, not something I don't think I could ever forgive anyone for, no matter who they are and what wisdom they have.
