Jennifer Lopez sits down with Zane Lowe to discuss the album that acts as a sequel to 'This Is Me... Then’, which was released over 20 years ago. Lopez talks about the inspiration behind some specific tracks on the album, like "Rebound", and opens up about her intention to spread love with this project. She also shares her realization that her journey from "then" to "now" was ultimately about working on and learning about herself. They got paid and credited so stop spinning the FALSE narrative that J.Lo stole anything from them! It's not JLo's fault that those unemployed one hit wonders can't book a single job since 2004. She's not responsible for their flopped careers. Mariah doesn't own the Firecracker sample and therefore JLo couldn't possibly have stolen something that never belonged to Mariah. When she says, "I realized I deserved better" at (48:20mins) OMGosh I felt it so much my eyes filled with tears. This interview was so inspring for her to say live i did stay in that relationship to long than I should as I thought less of myself and I was settling. Lol 😂😂 sum up that she knew she stayed a bit longer than she should of with Arod and last mins thought I can’t marry you or keep doing this. I need stay true to me and go back to my true loved Ben who I never stop loving. Very powerful so so excited for Friday to watch musical experience thank you for being so open with us. Can’t wait to watch the docemary to and watch you tour it hopefully i get to the US to watch you perform on tour by God grace.
