Jennifer Shahade is a U.S. Chess Champion and Woman Chess Grandmaster, professional poker player, author, and performance artist. The author of "Chess Bitch: Women in the Ultimate Intellectual Sport," Shahade has traveled the world as a professional gamer with special interest in promoting access for youth and female players. In this interview, Host Paula Marantz Cohen talks with Shahade about her advancement to international success in chess and poker, as well as her ability to defy gender stereotypes and cultural standards across the board.
