I liked card so much I had to make it! It definitely wasn't one I whipped up quickly, but it was so worth the effort. I would love to see something like this for my nephew's 16th Birthday in September. Jennifer, let me know if you have a "car - themed" pop up! I so appreciate all your generosity!

That card is really cool! Is there any way that something like that can be made on the Joy?
@JenniferMaker2 жыл бұрын
You could make the non scored version on your Joy. You may need to cut the larger rectangles by hand, but you could make this! Thanks for watching! 😊🌻

Can you please make a video on cutaway cards with cricut joy xtra. ..

You can request that. jennifermaker.com/projectrequests/

I love your tutorials. I really want to make this but I have a Brother Scan n Cut not a cricut. When I open the svg, the program shrinks it down to make all the pieces fit on one 12 x 12 piece of paper. I am not sure about the dimensions. Can you give any guidance to resize the pieces?

Why do we have to attract after selecting score?
@supermomretired2 жыл бұрын
I meant attach!
@JenniferMaker2 жыл бұрын
Yes. You need to attach the score to the layer it's scoring on, or else you'll end up with a lonely score line on your mat😊. Thanks for watching! 😊🌻

When watching your video you state you used 65 pound cardstock; however, in your list of supplies it shows 80 pound cardstock, which is correct? Also the link to the cardstock states "we can't seem to find the page you are looking for".
@JenniferMaker Жыл бұрын
65 LB card stock is the norm but you can use 80 LB. Thanks for letting me know. We will get the links fixed.

Hi Jennifer - could I score instead of cutting the base layers? Or will the bulk of the balloon interfere with the popping up on the card?

It won't fold properly. 😊🌻

How do you design the slice forms- I’m having a difficult time trying to figure those out to make my own
@JenniferMaker2 жыл бұрын
We include a PDF for cutting by hand. 😊🌻
@dyerrealtyteam32202 жыл бұрын
@@JenniferMaker that is not what I meant. The slice form itself, how do you design it. I have tried using illustrator but am having a difficult time
@JenniferMaker2 жыл бұрын
We designed this sliceform in Adobe Illustrator through trial and error, mostly basing it off of a previous sliceform we'd made a few years ago that was constructed (again) through lots of trial and error. Sliceforms are among the most difficult of all papercrafts to design. Just stick with it, do lots of testing and tweaking, and you'll get it! :)
