Currently reading Solo. When I could see your seriots hip injury through your tights as you describe in the book it was a shock. But when I saw it as you were about to swim I gasped aloud!! Christ you are tough, Tough!! Love your exploits and hearing, seeing and reading about them. You are a true adventurer. Much admiration from me to you. 🙇♂️❤️✌🏻😌

I know this was posted a long time ago but why were you being followed this whole time? By the police and otherwise? Its just very odd and I've never heard of this in any other country except for like guided tours in North Korea or Eritrea
@lkjohansson3 жыл бұрын
As a woman I am unfortunately not surprised. I have experienced similar in many places. So many men think women need help when not with a man.
@yotsunokizu3 жыл бұрын
@@lkjohansson Yeah thats so unfortunate. Thats sad to hear, as a man that your entire experience is dominated by doubt and the likes when we dont have to deal with that on a regular basis like that

Absolutely amazing and inspirational. But. PLEASE. please. please. have at least a friend with you, with GPS and sat-phone and a taser (or some other weapon). As much as the people are peaceful and hospitable, these areas can unfortunately be wide open to any criminal, rapist, or terrorist, particularly targeting female adventurers and/or international travelers like you for media impact. Please be minimally and reasonably safe anyone if looking to attempt such adventure in Morocco. At least have a communication device to get in touch with police asap if needed. Otherwise, tamazight is the language and amazigh (plural: imazighen, pronounced ah-mah-zirr, eeh-mah-zirren) is the people, and welcome to Morocco anytime and again
