Have bought loads and loads of kits and many items from Fi over the years since finding her on KZbin and have always been amazed at the value for money, the great quality and variety of items she has. You can’t go wrong if it’s value and quality you require. It’s quite shameful seeing what else is on offer out there, goes to show Fi if anyone wants quality and quantity for money, look no further. We are scammed way to often these days and I for one will NOT put up with it and if I can help others to be more aware of what they do, then I will. And I am Living Proof that what Fi is saying is the truth!! Her bags are truly overflowing with quality & beautiful items. I am always saying I dont know how she does it for what she charges. I am on a very very low income & because of Fi I am able to do soooo much with my kits than i have ever been able to before. I still remember my very first kit from Fi ohhh I was like a kid in a candy shop I put everything onto the dining table (filled the top of an 6 seater table) I was sat stroking everything, my mind was whizzing with ideas of what projects i could make with everything i picked up. Parcels arrive well packaged and VERY QUICKLY dont think about it just buy it YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED Thanks for all you do for us Fi. xx

I'm like you Lisa, when I buy something for myself, I spread it out and just look at it but then the business brain kicks in: 1) Was it worth the money I paid for it? 2) Was the quality and quantity good enough? 3) Would I buy again from the same seller? If I can say yes to all 3 questions then I'm a happy bunny, but unfortunately, for the 2 packages that I paid £17.99 each for without the shipping, I was gutted and she's a well known seller too. Thank you so much for this eye opening video! It is so very frustrating to be excited about receiving a package that looks wonderful on the ads, but when it’s delivered it is messily cut and packaged. People need have pride in their business, preparing items and packaging them are so important. This is the first impression of your product and the first impression is the most critical because it is the one that lasts! Your customers deserve to be satisfied, actually spoiled because they are giving you their hard earned money. We have to make choices when shopping for things like this. We can’t afford to buy everything, so we take time to make our decisions. When we open it we want to be knocked off our feet. It had to be shown to folk as I do receive many many email from people telling me what they received before and after from our store. Our kits I mean, they always come back because we give great value, the most quantity and best quality. Those in for a few xtra bucks don't really care about what they offer as long you one buys and pays their prices, they don't give a dam! I do have to say though, I've seen many folks video's where they share how they package items up and especially in a kit form. They would rather the kit packaging look pretty and charge for this then its contents and I'm sorry, we do plain old seal bags, use bubble wrap when needed and never use fancy packaging. Any real true business would have to add that kind of cost on to ones order. We keep costs down but using every day packaging and nothing fancy. Since I started back crafting once I retired, I've only ever bought fom you Fiona! I am always so pleased and always recieve soo much in the my kits and orders. This is a huge eye opener for me as I've never bought from another seller. I did my research of pricing laces, ribbons and trims with the big box stores and thought they were over priced, but this is WOW! Having worked in hotels over the years, I know with the correct props and angles you can make almost anything to be larger, fancier or impressive that the reality of it. A friend was looking for hotels with pools for a holiday with her sons, her choice had what was shown as a large pool from photos. Upon arrival it was closer to a hot tub that a pool. The photo was zoomed in from above so appeared quite large! Buyer beware in all things! Fi is my go to for craft supplies at all times. This is a very good comparision video!

Much appreciated Kathryn for your honesty and kind words. I'm not do it to grab buyers, I simply get asked many times who to trust etc and I had to try it out for myself to share it with others. I chose one of the top sellers and still don't know why or how she's become a top seller, but then I realised how she gets her customers... Faking a picture, getting buyers to think they're getting a lot for their money one one of the worst ways to do it. If I put both bags together as one purchase as in quantity, that wouldn't make up half the amount I add to my own kits and between the two packages its cost me £35.98 = $46.25 without shipping. Well, one way, is to look at the subbies, how many does one have, popular video's get lots of people looking at them. As for the shop goodies, I video everything, all my kits so folk see what they're buying up front and often there are freebies included too :0) Many sellers wrap their goods in nice packaging, then folk think oh yes I have one of those, but when items arrive, can sometime disappoint the buyer! Plus, most sellers are in to see what they can make and are not often legally registered! Today, if one isn't registered as a business, they can and are getting caught. So go with those you know are legal and give value for money. Check out what folk are selling and check what the feedback is in the comments section of that particular video!
