A plant debate, woohoo! Hang on, hit pause, I need my plant list, my pen and a cup of coffee. OK, I’m ready, let’s go!! What a fun way to start the day. Thanks! I added the Pink Lemonade Superbell and the Apple Blossom Begonia to my page and a half long plant list. BTW, the two Flowering Quince I received a few weeks ago are blooming their little heads off in their quart pots. I didn’t expect to see any flowers this year, they’re only about 8” tall. I am thoroughly pleased with all my orders. Creekside is my go to online plant store. The plants, packaging and customer service are all top notch.

Love this!..You are both so fun! I have to say I'm with Jerry on the Lemon Tart Lantana..... I'm in Valrico Florida.... mine are still going strong even after 32 degree temps last evening! And the bees and butterflies have loved them! And they even flourished thru Helene and Milton (which was a direct hit here). They are in our front yard, south facing, I planted them in a ring around our 5ft pigmy date palm.

Y’all are a hoot! It’s hard to choose which plants I’d go with. Every year I tell myself I’m only going to do one or two colors, just to see what it’s like, but when spring comes, I’m like “Nope, can’t do it. Have to have color!”

I was not as happy with the mini vista white because of the flowers turning dark when they sied. No question on the double up pink. I love double flowers. It makes a beautiful hanging basket and lasted all summer. I love impatients but could not grow them the last 2 years because of the virus. Two years ago it wiped out every impation I had and not just me, several other gardener's had the same problem although there were others who didn't see Tobe bothered.

Mini vista white!, totally tempted frosted violet!, double up pink begonia, Apple blossom variety’s a tie, purple fountain grass…. Loved Jerry saying it was Jenny’s favorite 😂, campfire marshmallow bidens… sounds like great replacement for daisies, but the mulberry plant has its charm, the lemon lantana for sure!the wicked witch and mini me coleus…woukd they be great planted together?✅✅, love verbena….whiteout is my favorite! Both pinkerrific and mystic illusion, although I swing more to the mystic illusion. Great fun to watch this debate…. Looks like Jerry had great fun.
I enjoyed this made my day but the take away is they are all great for what needs u have can’t wait for the shrub one Mike north Alabama 7b8a❤

Hi Jenny, I saw on another gardening video that there is a new flower called super-cal petchoa. Is this true and are you going to have them at your nursery? thank you, Mary, zone 5B NH
@nancybrown8489Күн бұрын
Purple fountain grass was so impressive in my pot but it sure took all the root room. Maybe I need to plant companion plants in their own large pots to keep the grass roots from taking over. I also love the tuts. I planted King Tut in my pond and it got well over 7 foot tall. I am thinking of using Bidens this year but am also considering the new dahlia. I am looking for a yellow filler. This yellow Lantana is also on my yellow list. Not crazy about portulacca that closes it's flowers. Caladiums take too long in our climate 6a to really have a good show. Calibrachia are hands down great in all my hanging basket. Vista's are too vigorous and too hard to keep watered. We don't have irrigation. Blue my mind hands down. I discovered this flower several years ago when I was looking for a true blue flower. PW just made it better when they improved it. I have only used it in pots. I really think I am going to try dahlia virtuoso day glow yellow in a flower bed.
