I went to a F1 race is really loud! even without the buildings around, If you dont use ear protector you will be temporally a bit deaf after the race.

He is just wanted to say old f1 cars have better soound 2004 for example. Search an old f1 race and open your ears. Now search a 2020 f1 race... Not the same.. "car guys". Because the old engines did not meet today’s environmental regulations. Therefore, the stroke volume had to be reduced and the high stroke volume and torque replaced with a turbos. Which will never be the same. Just like in today's cars.(Like the new coming mercedes amg HEAVY SUV whit a 2l ENGINE)

@@f.mitterrand My comment was 6 years ago! But I have since seen the 2017, 2018 and 2019 cars and went into a pit garage whilst it was revving. Whilst the cars are now bigger, faster and more amazing the sound is still far duller and quieter compared to the V8 and V10s.

Thanks, the camera is a Sanyo HD1000, lower end of the HD cams when it came out but it can give good quality. It was difficult with such a crowd to get a good shot all he time so most of the time I'm recording with arms out-stretched. Some artistic license with the editing to create the effect of having more than one camera to capture it from the start and mid-point of the street!
